Whenever you're ready. You can move in during office hours, or schedule a move-in date that works for you. Want to plan ahead? We allow paperwork and payment up to 30 days in advance to make move-in day a breeze.

Just a few simple things: a government-issued photo ID, your contact info, and your first month's rent plus a one-time admin fee. Once you sign the agreement, you'll get access right away. Easy.

Nope! All rentals are month-to-month, so you're in control. Stay as long as you need - just give us 14 days' notice when it's time to go.

We recommend signing up for auto-billing using a credit card for stress-free, on-time payments. You can also pay online, by phone, or in person. Heads up: auto-billing only works with credit cards - debit not accepted.

No late fees. No missed payments. No hassle. Auto Billing charges your credit card automatically each month so you can set it and forget it.

Your rent is due each month on the anniversary of your move-in date. Moved in on the 15th? Your rent's due on the 15th every month.

It depends on your location: some Storguard sites & unit types offer 24/7 access, while others are open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and are closed on statutory holidays. Typically, our drive-up units (containers) are accessible 24/7 while some locations have extended hours options (e.g., our Terminal Avenue location has a detached building called The Annex, accessible "late" until 10pm). Check with your location for specific access hours.

If available, you'll use your personal gate access code to enter the facility after office hours. Forgot your code? No worries - contact the office during business hours and we'll get you sorted.

We require all tenants to either provide proof of insurance, or enroll in our Storguard Protection Plan (covers storage-specific risks). Ask us about coverage options when you sign up. Storguard will provide compensation of up to $5,000 per customer in the event of loss due to theft or vandalism, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. We have also introduced new or upgraded keypad entry at all our facilities along with building additional security and aesthetic upgrades.

You bet. Boxes, tape, locks, bubble wrap - we've got it all, including affordable moving kits. Using our uniform-sized boxes, with easy to carry handles, also helps maximize your storage space.

Yes! We offer complimentary handcarts and dollies to help make moving in and out a breeze.

Absolutely. Need more room? Less room? No problem - just ask. We'll be happy to find a new locker that suits you best. A $25 transfer fee applies to set up the new lease agreement.

Just follow these three simple steps: 1) Give 14 days' written notice (by email or in person), 2) Remove all your items and sweep out the unit, 3) Check out at the office so we can officially close your account (tip: take a picture of your locker, with your unit # visible, once it's cleaned out - this saves the long walk back and forth just to confirm it's cleared out).
